This policy explains what information Invokable LLC collects when you use our website, services, or tools, how we use it, and the limited circumstances under which we share it. We've tried to write it in plain English rather than legalese.
Invokable LLC ("Invokable," "we," "us") is a marketing strategy practice based in Galloway, New Jersey. We operate the invokable.io website, provide consulting services to clients, and run a small portfolio of tools including Reddit Brand Monitor. For privacy-related questions, contact us at support@invokable.io.
Some of our tools read publicly available content from third-party platforms. For example, Reddit Brand Monitor fetches publicly visible Reddit posts via Reddit's public RSS feeds and scores them with a language model. We store the URLs and metadata of items we've already sent you so you don't get the same one twice. We do not collect personal information about users of those third-party platforms; we only read what those platforms make public. Future tools may interact with other public sources in a similar way.
We do not sell your personal information. Period. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
We share information with the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that we use to run the business. Each is bound by their own privacy obligations:
| Sub-processor | What they handle |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Account database, authentication, sign-in emails |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and payment processing |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery (digests, auth emails) |
| Anthropic | Language-model scoring of public Reddit posts (no personal user data is sent) |
| GoHighLevel | CRM and marketing-email automation |
| Railway | Web application hosting |
| SiteGround | Marketing-site hosting and email |
If our consulting clients refer prospects to us, or if we refer leads from a contact form or a lead-generation property to a client, we may share the contact information you submitted with the relevant party so they can follow up. This is described on the form where you submit your information.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
If Invokable is acquired or merges with another company, your information may transfer to the new owner. We'll let you know before that happens.
We keep account data while you have an active account plus a short retention window after cancellation so we can answer billing or support questions. We keep transactional records (invoices, receipts) for as long as required by tax and accounting law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing support@invokable.io; we'll honor the request to the extent law allows.
We use industry-standard practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all traffic, encrypted storage at rest with our database provider, and access controls so only the people who need access have it. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and we'll tell you if something material happens.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar state-level laws. These can include:
To exercise any of these, email support@invokable.io from the address on the account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Invokable operates from the United States. If you use our services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our sub-processors operate.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, if the change is material, we'll notify active users by email. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
