These terms govern your use of Invokable's website, marketing services, and tools. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
These terms are between you and Invokable LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company based in Galloway, NJ ("Invokable," "we," "us"). They cover:
To use a paid tool you must be at least 18, capable of forming a binding contract, and not barred from doing so under the laws of the United States or your jurisdiction. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for everything that happens under your account.
Each paid tool has its own price and billing cycle, shown on the tool's sales page and again on the Stripe Checkout page before you confirm payment. By subscribing, you authorize Invokable to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle (monthly, annually, or otherwise as displayed) through Stripe until you cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Some tools may also be offered as one-time purchases; the same general terms apply.
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the customer billing portal linked from your dashboard, or by emailing support@invokable.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Because most of our tools deliver value immediately (digests, dashboard access, generated reports), we generally don't issue partial-period refunds. If something went meaningfully wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.
We may change subscription prices in the future. If we do, we'll give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email and the change will apply at the next renewal. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
If a payment fails, we'll try a few times to charge again over the following days. If we still can't collect, your subscription will be paused or canceled and access to the tool will end.
From time to time we may offer free trials, promotional pricing, or discount codes. The specific terms of any such offer will be shown to you at sign-up and govern that offer. Unless stated otherwise, a free trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period using the payment method on file.
You agree not to:
We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these rules.
You retain ownership of any information, configuration, files, or other content you provide to a tool ("your content"). You grant Invokable a limited license to host, process, and use your content solely to provide the service to you. If you delete your account or cancel a subscription, we'll delete your content on a normal retention schedule (see our Privacy Policy).
The Invokable name, logo, website content, tool code, and brand materials are owned by Invokable LLC. The digest emails you receive are yours to read, forward, and act on, but you don't get a right to republish, resell, or build a competing product on top of our output.
Some of our tools read publicly available content from third-party platforms (for example, Reddit, news sources, or other public APIs). Those platforms are separate companies with their own terms of service, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. We use third-party providers (such as Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Anthropic, and GoHighLevel) to operate our services; their handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the service running but we don't guarantee a specific uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and occasional bugs happen. At this price point we don't offer a service-level agreement. If a digest doesn't go out one week, we'll catch it on the next cycle.
From time to time we may release experimental features. These may change or disappear without notice and are provided as-is.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invokable disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific marketing outcome will result from using it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invokable's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Invokable is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we've been advised of the possibility.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
You agree to defend and indemnify Invokable from any claim arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
You can terminate by canceling your subscription and closing your account. We can terminate or suspend your account at any time for material violation of these terms, non-payment, or if we stop offering the service. If we terminate the service entirely, we'll give existing paying customers reasonable notice and a pro-rated refund where appropriate.
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify active users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved by emailing support@invokable.io first will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Atlantic County, New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Questions about these terms: support@invokable.io.
