Do I need a GoHighLevel account to use Reviews Cards?

Yes. Reviews Cards installs as a marketplace app inside your GoHighLevel sub-account and pulls reviews from the Google Business Profile already connected there. It does not work as a standalone tool outside GHL.

Can I choose which 5-star review gets made into a card?

No. Our AI agents pick the reviews. They prioritize fresh reviews with substantive language over short ones and rotate across reviewers so the same name does not appear back-to-back.

Does the card post to social media automatically?

No. Every card is queued as a draft inside GoHighLevel's Social Planner. You or your client approve and schedule from there on whatever cadence you set. Reviews Cards never publishes to a social account on its own.

Which review platforms are supported?

Google today, pulled from the Google Business Profile connected to your GHL sub-account. Facebook recommendations are coming once Meta approves our app.

How many client locations does the $12 per month plan cover?

Up to 5 client locations on each GHL sub-account at the flat $12 per month price. Additional locations beyond 5 are $8 each per month.

What happens if a review is under 5 stars?

It is skipped. Reviews Cards only generates cards from 5-star reviews. The standard pattern is to handle the 4-and-below filter inside your GHL Reputation workflow, so only the qualifying reviews ever reach Reviews Cards.

Can I customize the look of the cards per location?

Yes. Nine aesthetic combinations are available: photo, solid brand color, or two-tone gradient background, paired with a dark floating card, a light floating card, or full-bleed text. Set the combination once per location and switch any time.
