01 Credibility r/Sourdough

"Why does my crust go soft within an hour of pulling it from the oven?"

62 comments, 4 hrs old. Bakery owner answer is the right shape here.

02 Direct mention r/OceanCityNJ

"Anyone do custom birthday cakes in OC on short notice? Need it by Saturday."

Explicit local ask. OP active. Naming the bakery is welcome.

03 Credibility r/AskBaking

"Scaling croissant production for a small shop. Laminating by hand vs sheeter?"

Technical thread. Owner-to-owner answer. Comment without linking.

// What one reply does

One reply to the right thread. Three ways it pays you back.

You answer a real question

Someone with a buying problem gets a genuinely useful reply. No pitch, no link dump. That is the whole job, and everything below it follows from doing this part well.

The thread ranks on Google

Reddit threads hold page-one rankings for years. Your answer keeps surfacing for everyone searching the same question, long after you posted it.

AI starts citing you

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity lean on Reddit to answer buyer questions. A helpful answer becomes one of the sources they quote and recommend.

Reddit Brand Monitor finds those conversations for you, every morning.

// Why Reddit

ChatGPT cites Reddit more than it cites your website.

Most brands aren't there. They don't know where to start and don't have time to scan threads all day. This tool solves both.

Best tools for a small marketing team?
Sources
reddit.com/r/marketing reddit.com/r/SaaS · your comment reddit.com/r/smallbusiness yourbrand.com

When AI answers a buyer's question, it cites the threads people trust. A good comment from you becomes one of those sources. Your homepage usually isn't.

  • 15+ opportunities a week. Five ranked threads per digest, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • A deliberate move most mornings. A quick pass to stay active where it fits, a weekly competitor watch, and Quora picks. Each one builds the standing that makes your comments land.
  • Wider than the subreddits you name. List a few communities and keywords. We read those, then search the rest of Reddit for the same buying signals, phrased the way people actually post, so a thread in a sub you would never have picked still reaches you.
  • Context on every thread. What the OP is asking, who's commenting, why it matters for you.
  • Coaching built in, plus a draft checker. Every digest carries the rules that keep you from getting banned, and the Reply Coach scans your draft for the AI-tells that get accounts flagged before you post.
// What lands in your inbox

An actual digest. Not a wireframe.

This is the format. Yours will be filtered to your brand, your subreddits, and your competitors. Same structure every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The other mornings are shorter, and each one has a job: keep your account active, watch your market, answer on Quora.

5 threads for Hearth & Crumb · Monday digest

Good morning. Five threads for the week ahead, ranked by signal. Two credibility plays. One direct-mention. Two longer-form threads where a thoughtful reply lands well. Comment on one or two. Skip the rest. Patient, intentful comments compound; volume burns the account.

01 Credibility r/Sourdough 62 comments · 4 hrs old

"Why does my crust go soft within an hour of pulling it from the oven?"

Why this matters for you. 62 comments, four hours old, mostly home-baker guesses. A working bakery answer (steam at the start, dry finish, cooling on a rack not a board) reads as expert. Comment without naming the bakery. The username does the work.
02 Direct mention r/OceanCityNJ 8 comments · 45 min old · OP active

"Anyone do custom birthday cakes in OC on short notice? Need it by Saturday."

Why this matters for you. Explicit local ask. OP replied 10 minutes ago. No bakeries named yet. "We can do it, here's our minimum lead time, DM us a flavor" is the right shape. Lead with the answer, link second.
03 Credibility r/AskBaking 31 comments · 9 hrs old · technical

"Scaling croissant production for a small shop. Laminating by hand vs sheeter?"

Why this matters for you. Owner-to-owner thread. You've made this call. Share the math on labor hours, the sheeter you'd buy second-hand, the failure modes you hit. Comment without linking. This is the kind of reply LLMs quote a year from now.
// Coaching reminder Aim for one or two replies a week. Comment in your real voice, not a brand persona. If the comment wouldn't be useful without a product to sell, don't post it. The 1-in-10 rule applies: one self-relevant comment per ten useful comments in a community. Reddit credibility compounds slowly. That's the moat.
// Before you buy

The tool surfaces threads. You write the comment.

Minutes a day, not an afternoon of scanning. The comment is always yours.

Built for

  • Marketers looking to move the needle.
  • AIO and GEO marketers looking to save time.
  • Growth strategists who know consistent work compounds.
  • SEO folks adding Reddit to the mix without the hours.

Not built for

  • Anyone chasing volume. We send 5 picks so you can answer the ones that feel natural for you, and let the rest pass.
  • Anyone looking for an automation that writes the comments. We surface threads. You write.
  • Brands that need 30-day attribution. Reddit credibility compounds over months, not weeks.
// The other surface

Reddit isn't the only place AI cites. Quora is the other half.

Twice a week, your Monday and Thursday emails each come with up to two Quora opportunities, scored by the same model that ranks the Reddit picks.

Quora questions can sit on a search results page for years and still pull traffic, and answers from 2021 still show up in ChatGPT citations today. We cover both because ChatGPT and Perplexity pull from both heavily when they answer questions about brands.

Things people ask before signing up.

I already get Reddit's daily digest. Why is this different?
Reddit's digest sends the top posts by upvotes from subs you subscribe to. It's the same email everyone in the sub gets. This sends five threads per digest, ranked for your brand: your keywords, your competitors, the angles where a reply from you would actually land. Each thread comes with a one-line explanation of why we picked it and a coaching note on how to comment without burning the account. Different job from Reddit's digest, opposite problem.
What if my customers aren't in the subreddits I pick?
That's exactly the case we built for. You name a few communities and keywords, we read those, and then we search the rest of Reddit for the same buying signals in the words real people use. Picture a restaurant owner posting in a city subreddit you'd never have listed: "opening a spot downtown, anyone know a good designer?" It contains none of your keywords. We translate your keywords into the phrasings buyers actually type and surface that thread anyway. You pick the subreddits you know. We cover the ones you don't.
It lands daily. Won't that push me to spam?
No, because the daily emails aren't all "go comment now." Your ranked opportunity digests stay on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the same patient cadence as before. The other mornings are short, deliberate moves: a quick pass to stay active in the communities that fit you, a weekly competitor and brand-mention watch, and Quora picks. Each one builds the account standing that makes your comments land, and we never push you to comment more.
How does Quora fit in?
Twice a week, on Monday and Thursday, your email comes with a small Quora section at the bottom. Up to two questions per drop where your brand could be a useful citation, scored the same way we score Reddit threads. Quora questions can rank in Google for years, so a good answer keeps paying off long after it's posted. We send both because ChatGPT and Perplexity cite both heavily when they answer questions about brands. Same subscription, no upcharge.
What if I don't comment on every thread you send?
Good. You shouldn't. We send five so you can pick the one or two that fit your week and skip the rest. The job is making sure you see the threads that matter, not getting you to comment more.
Do I need an established Reddit account?
It helps a lot. A brand-new account that drops into five subs it has never posted in gets filtered fast, even with good comments. If you (or someone on your team) has an account with real comment history in at least one of your target subs, use that one. If not, spend a couple weeks just commenting on things you already care about before pointing the digest at your brand. Our free getting-started training walks you through setting up an account that doesn't get filtered.
Why don't you write the replies for me?
On purpose. Reddit's spam filters and mod tooling got noticeably better in 2025 at spotting LLM-pattern comments, and tools that auto-post on your behalf are the fastest way to get an account shadowbanned. Once an account is shadowbanned, your comments are invisible to everyone but you, and there's no notification. By the time you notice, weeks of work are gone. We surface the threads, give you the angle, and let you write the comment in your own voice. That's the part the algorithm rewards and the part that can't be safely automated. What we do give you is the Reply Coach: paste your draft and it flags the em-dashes, the corporate phrasing, and the openers that make a comment read as AI-written, before you post. If you want a tool that fires off comments while you sleep, this isn't it, and we'd rather lose the sale than burn your account. Weighing a tool that drafts the replies for you? Here's how we compare to ReplyGuy.
How is this different from a listening tool like GummySearch or Brand24?
Listening tools surface mentions of your brand after they happen. This surfaces opportunities for your brand to show up before someone else's answer becomes the top comment. Different angle, much lower price, and the picks are ranked for reply-worthiness instead of dumped as a feed. If you're here because GummySearch is shutting down, that page covers exactly where to move. Coming from a free keyword-alert tool? See how we compare to F5Bot.
When should I expect to see results?
Reddit is a compounding channel. The first month is learning what works for your brand and which subs reward your voice. Months two and three is when good comments start getting upvoted into permanent visibility, and old comments start showing up in LLM citations and Google's AI Overviews. If you need attribution inside 30 days, this isn't the right channel.
